FeaturesLayouts and print
Records that look like the paper.
Lay out each table's records the way its documents read — sections side by side, the total big, the amounts in a column — then show one full screen, print it or save it as a PDF.
Click a field, change it
Make a field small, normal, large or extra large; align it left, center or right; put its label above it, beside it or nowhere. Sections take a quarter, a third, half or the whole width, with up to four columns. Every change saves as you make it.
Or describe it — or copy the paper
Write what you want — “supplier and number side by side, the total big” — and AI lays it out. When the record came from a PDF or a photo, it can arrange the page just like that document. Tables designed from documents come laid out already.
